Where
Join us for a 3-day retreat at the beautiful Vierfalt farm in the breathtaking nature of south-eastern Bavaria. Only a 4,5h trip away from Zurich we will be practicing yoga and creating pieces out of clay together. You will have the opportunity to rest, go for walks and take advantage of the sauna & pool. Your objects will be taken back to Zurich & fired/glazed by Ela and are ready to be picked up at DAS YOGA HAUS in Zurich a few weeks later.

Price
CHF 970.- small single, shared double or triple room - same price for every sleeping option - incl. half board, tea & water & fruits throughout the day, yoga & pottery, pool & sauna.
Rooms (2 single rooms, 2 double rooms (one queen bed), 3 double rooms (single beds) & 1 quadruple room (4 single beds)) are handed out on a first come first served bases.
Our days will look like:
A warming Yoga & Pranayama session in the morning, followed by a delicious brunch. In the afternoon we’ll let our creativity flow through pottery, ending the day with a heavenly 3 course vegetarian dinner and a nurturing Yin/Nidra session. Bliss!

Thursday
Arriving on Thursday afternoon (from 15:00* onwards) you might have time to unwind from the trip by enjoying the sauna & pool before we meet for dinner @ 18:00*, followed by a Yin/Nidra lesson at 20:00*.
Friday & Saturday
Starting the day with Pranayama & Hatha/Vinyasa at 08:30* to create heat through breath & movement, followed by a delicious brunch.
There will be time to rest, walk or spa until 13:00*, when we will meet for an afternoon of clearing the mind with dirty hands - no prior experience in pottery is necessary, just bring your curiosity!
Dinner is at 18:00, closing the day with a Yin/Nidra lesson at 20:00.
Sunday
We will start the day at 08:30* as we have the previous days & end our time together with a brunch before getting on our way!
*please note that we allow for the timing to shift slightly if necessary. Which will of course always be communicated during the day. -
Friday & Saturday afternoons will be dedicated to stimulating our brain in a different way - immersing ourselves in the joy of creative expression through pottery in hand build objects.
All things necessary for pottery are included, all we ask of you is to bring your curiosity and an open mind. Ela will walk you through the process step by step; there's no need for artistic skills – just a willingness to explore and have fun.
The pottery pieces will be taken back to Zurich & fired, glazed (transparent) & fired again by Ela and a few weeks later able to be picked up at DAS YOGA HAUS in Zurich.

NOT INCLUDED: Transport to Geisenhausen-DE, cancellation insurance (recommended, as 6 weeks prior to the trip a cancellation is only possible if a substitute can be found, otherwise the booking is due in full.)
