General Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by withela.ch, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
1.1. withela.ch offers yoga classes, pottery workshops, retreats and other related services as described on the website.
1.2. The schedule, duration, and location of the classes is or will be communicated to clients in advance.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2. To secure a spot in our courses and retreats, a partially non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
2.3. Full payment must be received 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the course or retreat.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Retreats
3.1. Cancellations for retreats made by participants less than 6 weeks before the start date are subject to the full payment. We advise you to sign up for a cancellation/travel insurance.
3.2. The non-refundable deposit is retained for all cancellations made by participants prior to the 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat.
3.3. In the event of cancellation by withela.ch a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered to participants.
Yoga & Pottery courses
3.4. Cancellations for private yoga classes by clients less than 24 hours/weekdays before the scheduled class may result in the forfeiture of the payment.
3.5. withela.ch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified, and refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
4. Participation Requirements
4.1. Participants must disclose any health conditions or concerns that may affect their participation in yoga or pottery activities.
4.2. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during classes/retreats. withela.ch reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant if their behaviour is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others.
5. Participant Responsibility
5.1. Clients are responsible for notifying withela.ch of any health conditions or concerns that may affect their participation in yoga classes.
5.2. withela.ch is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after participation in the classes/retreats.
6. Course/Retreat Changes
6.1. withela.ch reserves the right to modify the schedule, activities, teacher or location of the course or retreat if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
7. Liability
7.1. Insurance is the responsibility of the course participants. withela.ch and all teachers teaching with us decline any responsibility and liability for complaints or injuries of any kind that occur in connection with attending our pottery or yoga classes.
8. Photography and Media Consent
8.1. Participants consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the course or retreat for promotional purposes by withela.ch or their partner/partner company in the course or retreat.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All materials, techniques, and information provided during the courses or retreats are the intellectual property of withela.ch and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
9.2. All materials, including but not limited to class content, videos, and instructional materials, provided by withela.ch are the intellectual property of withela.ch and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1. withela.ch reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
